Rules for making an Oc.
I know what you are all thinking...MORE RULES?! This admin is insane!....But we need these to keep things organized and this forum out of Chaos!
#1. Obey all following rules!
#2. Do not let your character become to much like a Mary Sue. If you do, it will not be accepted.
#3. Use the already provided template! It will not be accepted with anything else.
#4. Do not use anything from outside the Howl's Moving Castle universe. Ever.
